All orders are shipped from our studio in Portugal.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

If you’re outside the EU, your order may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your checkout total and must be paid upon delivery.

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but typically:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days (via CTT)
  • Europe: 3–7 business days (via CTT, UPS or DHL)
  • United States: 7–14 business days (via UPS or DHL)
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (via UPS or DHL)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Yes, for exchange or store credit — within 14 days and in original condition. Contact us at hello@dalilashome.com to start your return.

No refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit only.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Yes, for customers in the EU, VAT is included. For non-EU customers, VAT is not charged at checkout, but your order may be subject to local import taxes or fees.

Our pieces are often delicate or handmade, and some may show signs of time. For general care guidance, please visit the Care section on our website. If you have specific questions about your item, feel free to email us at hello@dalilashome.com with your order number or a photo.

Many of our pieces are vintage, recovered, or reworked. Signs of age are part of their beauty and history, they are not considered flaws. Each item is described as accurately as possible.

Due to the nature of our collections, many pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities. If something you love is sold out, feel free to email us at hello@dalilashome.com and we’ll let you know if we plan to restock or offer something similar soon.

If you’re sending a gift, we’re happy to include a handwritten note. Just leave a message at checkout or email us at hello@dalilashome.com with your order number.

We start preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dalilashome.com and we’ll do our best.
