Rooted in tradition, grounded in nature, becoming future.
Dalila grows from past objects and experimentation to craft unique, ethical home pieces.
Exploring an unintentional archive, Dalila was born to manifest a desire for preservation and exposure, slowly unwrap the archival tissue, and propagate beauty, cultural identity and tradition. We are a brand that not only collects but protects, takes care of. We want to continue the story of past, forgotten objects by unfolding their hidden layers of wisdom and collective resilience and germinating from them.
Our first collections utilize textiles handwoven in Portugal a long time ago and embody centuries-old craftsmanship and emotional meanings. It is through them that Dalila seeks to illuminate artistry and cultivate meaningful alliances with Portuguese artisan communities. Unveiling the extraordinary beauty of tradition as a way of protecting the original seeds and spreading invisible but fertile knowledge into the future.
We imagine a world where legacies, both tangible and intangible, can be nurtured and carried on through generations. All our home pieces hold stories that deserve to be passed along, shared and cherished. Radically refusing the transience of today’s world, at Dalila we work only with high-quality fabrics – be it preloved pieces, natural fibers, or biomaterials. A profoundly regenerative and circular approach is at the core of everything we do.
Dalila cares for emotional value, authenticity, longevity. Deeply connected to legacy, home, and circularity, Dalila’s mission is to inscribe these values into home pieces you can own and hold for a long time.
