Heritage Bloom Cotton Tablecloth

Crafted from pure cotton in Northern Portugal in the mid-20th century, this wide-format tablecloth reflects the refined artistry of traditional floral embroidery. Along its borders and central panel, delicately sculpted ponto cheio (satin stitch) florals are accented with ponto aberto (open stitchwork), adding depth, texture, and a breath of lightness. Framing the composition, ponto entremeios (drawn thread work) introduces a quiet structure through precise, linear detailing.

At each corner, stepped geometrics meet flowing florals—where softness and structure intertwine in a balanced expression of natural beauty and decorative heritage.

Finished with hand-stitched edges and preserved in very good vintage condition.
