Shipping

Orders are shipped from our studio in Portugal and prepared with care using recyclable, plastic-free materials. We offer Standard and Express options, with free shipping thresholds depending on region.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days (via CTT)
  • Europe: 3–7 business days (via CTT, UPS, DHL)
  • USA: 7–14 business days (via UPS or DHL)
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (via UPS or DHL)

Rates & thresholds:

  • Portugal: €5 (Standard), €10 (Express) — Free over €100
  • Europe: €10 (Standard), €15 (Express) — Free over €200
  • USA / Int’l: €25 (Standard), €35 (Express) — Free over €300

International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland) do not include VAT. You may be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs agency. These are not included in your total and must be paid by the recipient. All international orders include a Commercial Invoice.

Dalila is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

 

Delivery Guarantee & Responsibility 

Dalila guarantees safe shipping. If your order is lost, we’ll refund the full amount.

If delivery fails due to unreachable contact details, follow-up with the courier is the customer’s responsibility. Returned parcels after collection deadlines can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Please, ensure your country allows textile imports before ordering.

 

Our Packaging 

Each order is wrapped with care in custom kraft boxes and tissue paper, printed with low-impact inks and made from recyclable materials. Plastic-free, planet-friendly and beautiful.

You’re welcome to reuse our packaging for storage or gifting. Through our packaging partners, each order supports reforestation and forest-positive practices.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. We encourage you to read each product description thoroughly.

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange or issue store credit for the same or similar value.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@dalilashome.com within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return + reshipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Original packaging must be reused when possible
  • Wrap textiles carefully in tissue
  • Include your full contact details in the parcel
  • Share tracking info and note by email
  • Please allow 7 working days for processing

Items returned in damaged or unsaleable condition cannot be accepted. If your new selection is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

 

Damaged or Missing items

Please report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.

We will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on availability. As many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to offer an identical replacement — but we’ll always do our best to propose a meaningful alternative.
